There shall be only two local guardians approved of by the parents of the hosteller and this must be submitted in writing to the Hostel Superintendent. Students will only be allowed to go out on holidays as mentioned in the school calendar.
An exeat pass will only be issued for a specific period of time and any hosteller who exceeds this time may be refused such a pass in the future.
Outings are allowed as prescribed by the school and school calendar and only with the local guardian or parents.
Hostellers will be allowed to return home during the school vacations i.e. Summer/Winter/Dussehera/ Diwali.
Attendance on the first day of the opening of the school is compulsory
Guests are not allowed entry in the hostel.
The hostellers will stay in the dormitory allotted to them. Any damage caused to the furniture and others articles of the dormitory within the hostel will be borne by the parents and the decision of the Hostel Superintendent will be final.
The Hostel is not responsible for the safety of any students who leave the hostel without an exeat pass duly endorsed by the Hostel Superintendent.
All hostellers must be vaccinated / inoculated against smallpox, typhoid and cholera and should also have the triple antigen vaccine before they are sent to the hostel. A certificate to this effect must be furnished at the time of joining.
In the case of an epidemic or sudden illness, the local guardians or parents will have to take the hosteller back to their home and bring him back only after he is completely fit along with a fitness Certificate from an authorized medical doctor.
The hostel will function as a family with the hostellers as members of the family. They are all expected to take part in activities of the hostel as well as to carryout any duties given to them.
Every student is provided with a bed, a cupboard to keep their cloths and a locker for their personal belongings

Hostel and School fees must be deposited in advance on or before the 10th of every month. A penalty of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged thereafter.
Hostel fees are paid for all the ten months of the year and no refund of hostel or school fees will be made an account of holidays, sickness of leave of absence.
Every hosteller must arrive before 5.30 p.m. before the date of re-opening to enable them to settle down.
Hostellers will not be allowed to carry or keep with them in the hostel personal money, postage, costly cloths and valuable articles like transistors, mobiles, I-pods, gold chains, rings etc. if any hosteller is found with any such items in spite of the instructions then the same will be confiscated. The hostel is also not responsible for any loss of such articles.
If any hosteller leaves the campus without permission and is caught then he will be expelled both from the Hostel and School.
Although the hostel makes every efforts to take the students out at regular intervals for movies, picnics etc. the hostel will at no time be responsible for any mishap that may occur during this time.
No donations are to be paid for admission to the hostel and if it is found that donations have been paid then the admission of the students to the hostel will be cancelled.
75% attendance is required in school according to the rules and regulations of the CBSE failing which the student will not be allowed to appear for both the board exam as well as the home exam. Parents are to ensure that their children are sent to the hostel on time and do not miss-out on their studies.
